ANTLERS FIRST

Bro. Dewayne began his ministry at Antlers First on November 16, 2025.  Bro. Dewayne grew up in Wewoka, OK where he was saved at the age of 9 during a revival at FBC Wewoka.  During a summer camp week at Falls Creek, Bro. Dewayne surrendered his life to the ministry of the Lord on July 26, 1996.  After graduating high school, he attended East Central University where he began serving in his first church as minister of youth in March of his freshman year.  Two years later he met Jenna and, after a few years of dating, were married on December 28, 2002 just two weeks after Bro. Dewayne graduated from ECU.  From 1999-2019, Bro. Dewayne served in several churches around the southern and central part of Oklahoma as both a music and youth pastor and then as a senior pastor for 10 years.  In 2019, Bro. Dewayne took a sabbatical from full time ministry and began teaching and coaching.  Bro. Dewayne returned to the pulpit in a bi-vocational capacity in 2023.  In the spring of 2025, the Lord began to call Bro. Dewayne and Jenna back into the full-time ministry.

Bro. Dewayne and Jenna have been married for 23 years and have 3 children:  two daughters - Gaylen (20) and Gabriella (14) and one son - Garon (17).  

Bro. Dewayne's favorite verse of Scripture is 2 Timothy 4:2 and his hobbies are golf, weightlifting, and spending time with his family.
